Gündogan, once known as Farilyais located on the north of
the Bodrum Peninsula and 18 km from Bodrum town, is one of the
least known holiday resorts on the peninsula.

A few minutes drive east of Yalikavak takes one to the secluded
village by name, Gündogan. The village was formerly an important
fishing center, today consists village's main income from agriculture
